Residential Projects

	CSI provided all civil engineering, structural design and permitting services for this nine lot single family residential subdivision in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Over half of the site was designated as wetlands. CSI worked closely with the client and water management district to hold wetland impacts to less than one-half acre. CSI designed a bulkhead system for the detention facilities to reduce the basin footprint and minimize wetland impacts.
